The Forgotten Worker (Hebrews 6:10)

Sometimes, in the service of the Master, we may feel that we have been forgotten or are behind the scenes and often goes unappreciated by the very people we are seeking to serve in Jesus’ name. The good news, however, is that, while people may not know, God does. Hebrews 6:10 says, “For God is not unjust to forget your work and labor of love which you have shown toward His name, in that you have ministered to the saints, and do minister.”

What a promise! Our heavenly Father will never forget our service to Him. That is infinitely more important than being applauded by the crowds. – Bill Crowder

And He’ll not forget His own. – Suffield

Serving to please Christ is greater reward than public acclaim.
